Hi How To Cook,
Did you over-do it a bit over the weekend? We have good news for you - it's easy to cut the calories down on your meals this week - without losing any of the flavour! Have you heard of the
5:2 diet? You get to eat normally for 5 days a week as long as you have 2 fast days where you eat just 500 calories. To show you how easy it is, we've calorie counted some of our favourite recipes for
breakfast,
lunch and
dinner, so even if you're not following the diet you can still make your days a little lighter.
The fast days are undoubtedly the hardest part of the 5:2 diet but we're here to show you that it doesn't have to be a food-free day. There are many different ways to eat your 500 calories on your fast days... | | Today's Favourites | | |
