This week we're eating… Perfect pizza

Unless you're lucky enough to own a pizzeria-quality, wood-fired oven, achieving authentic pizza at home is a tough ask. Luckily, we've got a solution… cook your pizza on the barbecue. The flames get hot enough to sear a crispy crust while the topping cooks quickly – bellissimo! Make a batch of our basic pizza dough, prepare a floured baking tin and get creative with ingredient combinations. The results would make any nonna proud…
